The System has developed 21 HABITS anyone can follow daily.
These habits nourishes all aspects of human wellness of the body, the mind and the soul.
We all have daily habits. Note your current personal habits.
The System’s daily habits works the same. They will become second nature and a natural daily act as you practise them daily.
The System’s habits is aligned to a definite purpose – to get us to the highest frequency of our 8 wellness categories to be able to serve and save our planet, serve our universe, others and ourselves by becoming truly happy and great.
Together the habits will take us in our own individual way to our purpose on earth in this lifetime, what we want in life and what we want to become.
These are the habits and activities we begin with to incorporate daily; we are all different, go and adapt it to your own self, preferences and needs.
Make the habits a flowing daily process to your unique persona and circumstances.

Our purpose is to move closer to our universal source where power and knowledge resides, serve our planet, universe and ourselves to experience greatness - let us learn to exercise our habits daily to become our purpose, vision & legacies, raise our vibration, be connected to and serve our source the universe with bliss.
Read through it every day or week as much as you can to help keep you reminded. It will get easier, just start with them, even 1 a week and you will find they become daily habits.
We will experience and grow them as we go along – we will learn along the journey.
May they do wonders to us and our planet earth. We have nothing to lose by trying them out anyway.
Habit 1: Daybreak Habits
A] Connect and say good morning to your source the universe, commit to connect with it through the day and ask the universe what you should do today to serve it, serve our planet and become your Purpose, Legacies and Goals. Then listen to it. Do this throughout the day, the more we are connected and ask the more answers we will get. Be quiet and listen to our universe.
B] Get into the habit to be aware of your breathing in the moment when you are awake. Do breathing exercises in the shower or bath. Be aware of your breathing throughout the day. Surf the web for great breathing exercises. There is great breathing teachers – check out there videos on YouTube.
C] The gift of time habit – get into the habit when you get up (pick a time you prefer just after waking up to do this) to first be thankful for the wonderful gift of time and the present moment then make the commitment to yourself to spend your time wisely in every moment today focused on serving our universe, planet, others and ourselves towards your Purpose, Legacies and Goals.
E] Choose every day first to be happy. Get into the habit of making the decision when getting up to be happy through the day, at peace, serene, full of joy. kind, loving and compassionate.
We all know it is difficult especially through hardship but if we keep making this decision as we go along and exercise this habit daily we will all find how it lifts our aura and mood. This habit is a thought process, a daily decision.
Habit 2: Serve the Universe Habit
Get into the habit in every moment with anything you say or do to serve our universe and planet earth best. Do it each day wherever you are. Do it without expecting anything in return. Small things f.i. abide to the law; to be kind, friendly, honest and sincere; taking good care of yourself; care for animals; care for nature and our beautiful planet earth; care for all plants and trees; get involved with the conservation of nature and earth in any small way daily; care for people; cleaning a public toilet after using it; pick up rubbish; assist an elderly – anything good, it does not matter how big or small.
Is it true that the universe is very appreciative and gives back much more than we can imagine? Let us find out! Get into the habit of checking your actions and thoughts daily if it is serving our planet earth, the universe, others and yourself well.
Great tip – Get into the habit when you must make choices on what to do, say or not to do or say – test the different choices, action and result if it is serving our universe and planet earth.
Habit 3: Mindfulness & Godliness Habits
A] Get into the habit of taking time in a day at least once a day to go to your Mindfulness exercise. You can have the App on your phone or PC and do a mindfulness exercise to move closer to your desired awakened state of being. There are great Apps available.
Tip – Set your mobile alarm for the time each day you want to execute it or wherever you have the time waiting for something in your day.
B] Godliness Habit – Get into the habit to exercise this at least once a week or even better, daily.
Shut off your mind – Be quiet – Be present – Be conscious where there is no time or space – There is only the oneness of all – Let the positive energy and vibration which is all around you go through your entire body, veins and nerves where anything is possible and Be Godly.

Habit 4: Gratitude Habit
A] Choose your time of day to do it. Suggestion – Always a good time is when you wake up, are walking, driving or waiting on something. Be quiet and name 10 or more things in life you are thankful for – do each one with feeling, feel the gratitude [Always strive to name new one’s]
Do it when on your way to your workplace, connect with the universe and go through each gift in your life you are thankful for, be quiet with each one and feel it.
B] Acquire the habit to be aware and on the lookout for anything special and beautiful throughout every day you admire, appreciate and are grateful for on our planet and universe – cherish it there and then. Important to do it with feeling, feel the gratitude.
Every good and grateful feeling and thought ripples with energy through the universe with a positive effect, feel it ripples. The universe always listens and gives you good and positive feedback.
That is why it is so special and crucial to obtain the habit to be in and observe the present moment for gifts of guidance, solutions, answers, opportunities from our source the universe.
Habit 5: Become Yourself Habit
With every daily encounter and event you experience ask your soul what do I want here to become who I really am, the enlightened me? Ask your soul what do I want and need to do and say in this encounter or event and what do I want out of and from it?
Not what the other person, people, whom or whatever wants as we do not know what anybody or anything else wants you only really know and need to know what your soul wants to become who you really are.
What your soul wants from every encounter or event is all that counts because your soul is who you really are. Your soul is totally connected with Consciousness, the Universe, God. Connect your mind and body with your soul.
Example: I am going to play a tennis match with my dear brother. I ask my soul, what do I want here? My soul want the whole of me to be open minded, competitive, giving it all, show good sportsmanship, be loving, friendly and kind, enjoy the experience, be thankful and learn in and from my soul itself who I really am in this encounter.
Imagine the immense shift towards all that is good this collective consciousness around the world will create and address every critical issue on our planet.
Play your part by becoming really who you are.
Habit 6: Mind Guard Habit
You are the force behind your thoughts. Be aware, acquisitive, selfish with your thoughts.
Put a physical guard in your mind and see how it release any bad or negative thought or worry. Picture your own scene and exercise it.
Part of the habit is to take note of every bad or negative or worrying thought that comes into your mind, acknowledge and respect the thought, and release it. Feel the scene and replace it with an opposite feelgood thought in line with your purpose and goals. Law of polarity – for every negative thought there is a positive one. Make it a habit to exercise it whenever your mind wanders off to a negative or meaningless thought through the day.
It is a great feeling.
Note on this daily habit: The more you do it the better you get at it.
Note: According to research only around 8% of the things people worry about come true. In other words, less than 1 in 10 things we stress about is actually worth it. a thought of fear cannot exist in the mind when our mind is filled with a thought of gratitude and love. Replace thoughts of fear with thoughts of gratitude and love.
Habit 7: Critical Thinking Habit
In line with your vision do this wherever you are through the day as much as possible.
Execute critical thinking daily on your Purpose to become who you really are, your passion to get there and your Legacies and Goals.
Live in your Purpose, Legacies and future achievements every day (manifestation). Exercise and learn the habit to align your focused thoughts as much as possible towards your Purpose, Legacies and Goals.
The more you send a direct focussed message to your subconscious mind and our source the universe the more it will give and show you the opportunities, answers, solutions, and knowledge to get there.
The thought, opportunity, answer, solution and knowledge from our Source the Universe ALWAYS contains the Thought with the Highest JOY, the Words of the Clearest TRUTH and the Feeling of the Greatest LOVE.
Tip – Train yourself to focus on it whenever you are waiting on something, in traffic, driving, on a bus, train, plane, in a queue, in the loo. There actually is so much time and opportunity in a day to do it.
Write your Purpose, Legacies and future achievements down daily with important targets and dates as much as possible. Do it where you can see it the whole day. Then write down all the opportunities, ideas, and solutions you receive from our source the universe below it.
Tip – do this in your journal or diary.
Tip – Research the 3/6/9 theory/principle
Tip – Make voice notes on your favorite companion that never leaves you, your mobile phone, immediately when the universe gives feedback to you wherever you are. Then go write them down when you get to your journal or diary.

Habit 8: Health Habit

Some handy Tips:
The first thing you take into your body is a full glass of good quality water – feel it cleansing and energize you in that moment.
Water is life. Let’s get into the habit of drinking good quality water through the day 3.7 liters for men and 2.7 for women – tip is to have it with you throughout the day.
Get into the habit to be aware of everything you take into your body. Eat healthy, live and super foods each day. It raises our vibration, makes us glow and more attractive.
Live foods are anything that is in the original natural form and not transformed or cooked in other substances than pure water. Eat them raw if you can. All fruits, nuts and seeds, tomatoes, onions, peppers, herbs, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, steamed veggies, honey, leafy greens etc.
Go onto the web and search them all and put pictures of the ones you love on your fridge to see and remind you.
Control your daily salt intake to less than 5gram (1 teaspoon) per day. The recommended sodium level for adults is between 135 and 145 mEq/L.
Note – Organic is the purest form the experts say.
Habit 9: Giving Habit
Make it a habit to give unconditionally every day wherever you are, at work, home or out and about. Very important to always do it with conviction without expecting anything back in return. Be open to everyone and everything. It can be small like a friendly smile, your time, a compliment, a favor, a thank you, take time to care for a stray animal or visit an animal haven, take time to do extra to care for nature and our planet, get involved, listening to someone to understand and not to answer, appreciation, a gift of any kind, sorting out a quarrel etc.
Be in the habit to be on the lookout daily where you can give of yourself.
Habit 10: Move Habit
Get into the habit of walking every day as far as you can. Strive to stop at the furthest end when parking anywhere and your place of study or work. Do the stairs at a building. Set a daily walking target on your mobile phone. The experts believe at least in 7 000 steps a day. They say it is the best exercise.
Move – Wherever you are waiting for something in a car, bus, train, plane, airport, bus or train station, que, anywhere. When you do your meditation on your legacy you can do physical exercises, small one’s just by contracting certain muscles in whatever way you want.
Always look for opportunities to exercise, move your muscles and limbs. If it is possible join a Health Club.
Tip – When you carry something for instance grocery bags, laptop bag, carry bag, a book, a mobile phone do small little exercises with it. Challenge yourself to attain a new exercise.
Movement raises our energy level and positive vibration.
Habit 11: Open Mind Habit
As you learn to connect to your universal source daily attain the habit to listen and be open to any possible answer or solution in your mind or out there. Attain the habit believing there is 1000+ possible solutions/options to your quest at hand. Think out of the box with an open mind.
We see the world only through our eyes attached to preconceived ideas of everything with perceptions we have been taught. Everyone sees the world differently. We must open ourselves up to the universe and any possibilities.
Ask the universe questions and answers about anything and be open to any answer. The more we do it the clearer answers will flow to us.
Habit 12: Serenity Habit
With everything that happens to you in a 24-hour day exercise the habit to be patient and calm in the moment – to never react immediately.
Practice to give it at least 3 to 5 seconds to react. Make a point not to overreact.
Stay kind, calm and serene in the moment even if someone has really offended you. Remember we strive towards a No Ego life.
We all has experienced it before, to not be offended is a great feeling and victory for oneself,
Tip – Get into the habit to listen to understand and not to answer.

Habit 14: No Ego Habit
Exercise daily to get rid of your ego and preconceived ideas and ideologies. Work hard at it to never be looking for recognition or validation in your actions. Do it for the truth it is.
With this habit always strive to be humble, you have nothing to proof to anyone or yourself.
Exercise to not get angry anymore when someone or something has undermined you in whatever way. Understand and remind yourself that it is difficult to shine, and people can act with ignorance and a lack of awareness.
Habit 15: Open Attitude Habit
Exercise daily to be open to everyone and everything. Everything and everyone is connected and part of the universe. We can learn from anyone, even if that person is acting badly or with hatred and ignorance. Exercise the habit to open yourself to anyone and situation to learn something of value from it.
Be on the lookout to learn and gain handy information from anyone and anything.
Habit 16: Be in the Moment Habit
Remember we can only truly converse with our subconscious mind and the universe when we are with it in the moment. Exercise through every day to whatever you do or say to be there in the moment with the act or thought.
We are used to scattered habitual meaningless thoughts and acts. Get into the habit to be focussed in the moment with your thoughts and acts.
Habit 17: Love and Know Yourself Habit
A] From your superb mind to every physical part of your body, love it and appreciate it daily. Love yourself. Make it a daily habit to be at peace with your mental and physical looks and be thankful for who you are and how you look. Have a great personal relationship with yourself.
In the eyes of the universe you are Perfect.
Tip: Say it to yourself in the moment every time you look into the mirror.
B] Get into the habit to learn every day to know yourself better.
There is wonderful stuff on the web, go do your research – develop your own special recipe to know yourself better every day. Good advice is to write your good and bad qualities down where you can see it daily plus the good qualities you want to attain, grow and the bad ones you want to change, for instance to become the characteristics of a person of bliss.
Tip: Say the qualities out loud everywhere you go, I am always faithful, honest, happy, friendly, forgiving, loving etc.
Habit 18: Good Intentions Habit
Get into the habit to do anything with good pure intentions and check if it is serving our universe and planet. Learn the habit to be truly happy every time when someone has achieved something special. Practice no jealousy.
Sometimes people indulge in someone’s suffering. If this feeling ever come upon you cut it off with the MIND GUARD HABIT and replace it with a feeling of pure good-hearted thoughts.
Habit 19: Skills Habit
Get into the habit of being busy acquiring a new skill at all times. Spend time on it every day.
When finished with 1 commence with a new 1.
Examples: read and speak a new language; surfing; riding a horse; swimming; learning how to cultivate and care for plants, learn how to treat and care better for animals, painting; playing chess; built a website; leadership skills course; cooking; Playing a musical instrument; course or skill in anything to better yourself and contribute to our planet and universe.
There is so much good information on the web about any subject of acquiring a good skill that serves our planet and universe, go search and act.
Habit 20: Read Habit
Information is Knowledge. Get into the habit of always having and reading an inspiring and uplifting book. There are thousands of them. Surf the internet .
Follow knowledgeable teachers on self improvement on social media forums and learn from them.
Tip: The teachers say read at least 1 good book a month.
Habit 21: Sweet Dreams Habit
Before you doze off get into the habit of talking directly to your subconscious mind and universe. Taking your thoughts to your HAPPY PLACE, shine and be there, be in the moment all you want to be, loving, kind, sincere, abundant, successful. Have a pleasant conversation with your source and loved one’s there.
Go through how you served our universe, planet, others and yourself today and all your contributions and successes.
Show your people around and do what you love most.
Talk to your source the universe and subconscious mind and thank it for every little thing you were happy and appreciative of through your day.
Our subconscious minds work on the thoughts we had 5-10 minutes before we fall asleep when it is quiet the next 6 – 8 hours while we sleep. So make them count!
