There is a burning desire amongst our humans now to become a higher dimension of ourselves, awakened, enlightened, blissful.

Call it what you want. 

First take a look at a description of the 3 known states of being where most people live in currently and has been for ages.

Then take a look at a description of the 4 desired states of being where we will grow into.

The States of Being. The 3 Known States of Consciousness

+ Waking Consciousness
Where you are awake and aware of your habitual thought patterns, feelings and perceptions from internal events and the surrounding environment.

+ Deep sleep
 Is characterized by our reduced sensory activity, responsiveness to stimuli, and conscious awareness. We lacks full awareness but the brain is still active.

+ Dreaming
Dream Consciousness occurs when the brain is activated during sleep; during rapid eye movement sleep, that activation is as intense as it is in waking. At the same time, the input-output gates of the brain are actively closed.

The System believes anyone should be consciously serving our universe, our planet, others and ourselves by becoming our purpose being great, happy and at peace.
With The System we will apply the magic of our universe to achieve the 4 Awakening States of Consciousness.

The States of Being. The 4 Desired Awakening States of Consciousness

+ Transcendental Consciousness
Transcendence beyond one’s ego or ordinary sense of self. Taking away your attention from your habitual irrelevant thought patterns to stillness and silence. In this state the mind and the senses are completely silent. Consciousness is fully awake in the present moment.

It is a state of perfect happiness, peace and joy, also called bliss. It is a consciousness that has the essence of bliss. A well known practice in this state is awareness meditation — becoming one internally with the present moment, the light of awareness, stillness and fullness of now.

+ Cosmic Consciousness is a term used to characterize a transcendence of the limits of self-consciousness. It is a  awakening state of radiance of the mind and soul. In this state the origin of the realization and appreciation occur, seeking a spiritual connection with our multi-dimensional universe/cosmos.

+ God Consciousness
With God Consciousness, we are able to be centered and sensitive, think clearly, and have a balanced excellence in our thoughts, speech, and action that moves us toward more virtuous behavior. Therefore we live with greater meaning and purpose.

+ Unity Consciousness
Unity consciousness is a level of vibration that goes beyond the self and reaches the heart and souls of all beings and existence. Unity consciousness manifests as the sense of oneness, compassion, love, and respect, both for human beings and for nature

Meditation

There are many different kinds – read as much on it on the web. A great recommendation is the world renowned Eckhart Tolle. There are plenty excellent meditation and consciousness teachers. 
Open your mind to this. Download one of the many mindfulness applications of your choice from the net. A good Application example is Mindfulness Coach by the US Department of Veterans Affairs.

YouTube has wonderful material on meditation teachings as well as guided meditation exercises. Just search the focus goal area you want to grow in for example to be more loving and kind or to be at peace. Explore it.

To describe meditation as simple as possible for the purpose of The SystemIt is as the saying goes to be in the present moment, mindful of your thoughts and feel yourself and your surroundings in the present moment where you move beyond your thinking mind observing what you feel and think and take 100% control of your thought process and move beyond your habitual thoughts and commentary to focus on a specific subject, stillness or nothing for a certain amount of time.

 A mindfulness meditation exercise in short: Find a quiet place. Get comfortable sitting of lying. Close your eyes and shut off. Feel the present moment, the stillness where you are now with your surroundings, then focus only on your 5 main senses: smell, taste, touch, hearing, and sight. Go slowly through each of them, be with them where they exist and feel, experience, and enjoy them with your eyes closed. Then lastly open your eyes and experience the beauty of sight. Be thankful and grateful to and for them and their wonderful existence in you.

Meditation is a wonderful tool to learn to take control over our thoughts and move in stillness to our universal source, power and knowledge in the present now.
This is a daily exercise and habit to make part of our Journey as the saying goes in every moment.
The more often you execute this plus the longer one can hold your thought on one subject or stillness in the present the easier it gets.
We can and should exercise our brain the same way we exercise a muscle. 
Regular and intensive mindfulness and meditation exercises same as physical exercise leave our brain exhausted same as a muscle (think when you focus studying on the subject how it leaves your brain exhausted). It also makes it fitter every day the more we exercise it and the easier it becomes.

Our main purpose with meditation is to become our awakened state of being and live consciously in the present moment away from the voluntary commentary of thoughts but one with our source where the power and knowledge resides for us to blissfully serve our universe, our planet, others and ourselves.

These meditation habits will exercise our minds daily to move to the power and knowledge of the universe within us which is not ours but ours to live in and make full use of.
